We are committed to offering you a full refund or an exchange, whichever you desire, if you are unsatisfied for any reason. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact support@moissanitelabs.com within 60 days of the delivery of your order. If your gem has an issue from production, you may request a return or exchange forever as long as we are in business. Moissanite Labs will pay for and provide appropriate shipping labels so our gem can be returned. Upon inspection and confirmation that the returned gem is legitimate, we will provide a full refund or exchange (whichever you desire) within 14 days.
